Refund policy

At Yash Fashions Online, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Refunds can only be processed if the product is defective or if the return has been initiated within 3 days of receipt of the product. To initiate a product return, please send an email to toyashfashions@gmail.com. The product should be shipped back to us within 7 working days in its original folds, conditions, and tags. Please note that products sent in different folds or without tags will not be eligible for a full refund.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours or before the product is shipped (whichever is sooner). Cancellations post that are not permitted and will go through the return/exchange route in that case.

Once we receive the product and complete a check to ensure the product is not damaged, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and we will begin refund initiation within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned product. The amount corresponding to the product price will be refunded through the same payment method used while purchasing the product. A 5% service charge is applied to returns with no product defects. Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, perishable products, digital downloads, intimate items, items on sale, and petticoats, cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they have arrived damaged or defective). Hence, our refund policy is not applicable for them.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and customs duties and charges for returns have to be borne by the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the return is received and the saree or product is confirmed to be in good condition, we will issue an exchange or store credit.



Returns and exchange

We understand that returns and exchanges can be a hassle. We always strive to provide you with the best products to avoid the need for returns or exchanges. However, if you wish to return/exchange a product, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Yash Fashions.

We offer credit voucher for the products returned, however we do not refund unless If the product is defective, our team will conduct a quality check, and if a defect is found, we will refund the cost of the product along with the shipping charges. Please note that certain issues, such as small knots or bumps in threads, uneven threads, slubs, minute gaps in motifs, dye bleeding, loose threads, and color mismatch are not considered defects.

However, tears in the saree, incorrect length (instead of what was stated), and missing blouse piece (if mentioned that the saree has a blouse piece) are considered defects. For more information on our return policy, please refer to our website.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
